Normally, within two days of receiving your unit, Hoto Instruments will provide an analysis of the problem with a repair quote and within two days of your approval, Hoto Instruments will repair and ship the unit back to you.

Shipments must be prepaid, including duties and brokerage for shipments outside the USA. There is a $45 inspection fee ($170 for test stands) which is waived, if the quoted repair or calibration is done by Hoto Instruments.
