TKD Digital Durometer
The TKD Digital Durometer is a high-quality, easy-to-use instrument for measuring the hardness of rubber and plastics. It features a bright, easy-to-read OLED display, push-button operation, and simple menus. The durable metal housing protects the instrument from damage, and the rechargeable battery provides long-lasting power. The TKD Digital Durometer also includes a calibration certificate traceable to NIST, ensuring accurate results.
TKD Digital Durometers have three modes; peak, timer hold which records the creep phenomenon* and real time. Auto average averages a user-selectable number of peak readings. Hardness data can be transmitted via USB to PCs or saved in the 400 data memory. Optional SW-1-TK data acquisition software is available.
Standard probe and long probe models are available. Operates on an internal rechargeable battery or AC adapter.
*Tendency of the reading to decrease as time elapses after the peak is reached.
